What data sources do you use?
EPA AQS, EPA TRI, EPA UCMR5/ECHO (PFAS), USGS PNSP, CDC PLACES, CDC Environmental Public Health Tracking, CMS NPPES, CMS Geographic Variation, Census ACS, and County Health Rankings. Every report includes a methodology page with citations.
Are reports actually editable?
Yes — Word documents are fully editable in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Pages. PDFs are print-ready and include the same data, charts, and methodology.
How is this different from County Health Rankings?
County Health Rankings publishes individual indicators. We fuse environmental, health outcomes, provider supply, and social determinants into unified scores so you can see where multiple risks converge. We also provide service-line-specific opportunity scoring, multi-county comparison, and consultant-ready reports.
